Technical Sales Engineer

Mumbai | India 2+ years in sales Openings – 1

Responsibilities:

  • Business Development of IoT, Digital Transformation, IIOT, Industry 4.0
  • Business Development of Data Monitoring, Automation, Product Engineering Services, and customized automated test setups, to Govt. and Private Industries.
  • Generate new business by creatively expanding existing accounts.
  • Developing new Accounts and growing existing accounts
  • Evaluate and prepare business plans for each assigned account, this involves evaluating the customer profile, creating heat map and targeting key steps needed to execute the account plans.
  • Deliver an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of business.
  • Promotion of company’s products and services
  • Building and delivering presentations/ demonstrations of OSL offerings to customers
  • Aligning the self with quality standard and following the processes; recommending improved policies and procedures
  • Keeping oneself updated with future technologies.

An Ideal candidate shall be:

  • More than 2 years of experience in “Key Accounts Management” for Test & Measuring Instruments, Automated Test Equipment, Embedded products, Product Engineering Services and automation products business
  • Must have handled Techno-Commercials role in the past profile
  • Keen on managing the customers, building rapport with clients
  • Good at talking and discussing on various topics
  • Must be willing to travel for a significant period of time and ready to solve customer problems
  • Understanding of Industrial and Government Purchase process
  • Good at Interpersonal relationships
  • Must be willing to grow into a Sales Manager and a VP-Sales in the future
  • Extremely good command on English and Hindi
  • Sincere, work-oriented
  • Basic skills on MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
  • No resistance of accessing CRM and reporting on daily basis

Qualification:

  • Sc./ BE/B Tech in Electronics or Instrumentation
  • Key Account Management experience
  • Government purchase experience

Experience:

  • 2+ years in sales
